Sometimes, you find yourself stuck, everything is just too much, you can’t find any peace,… Worries, fears, emotional blocks, negative beliefs all stand in your way.

These ‘barriers’ mostly originate from an unconscious survival instinct. They are the result of a unique mix of coping mechanisms and reaction patterns that you’ve developed during the course of your life to overcome certain challenges.

Those challenges and corresponding emotions lead to an over-stimulated nervous system, resulting in mental and physical complaints (barriers).

By getting to know your ‘unique freak’, letting go of old emotions and patterns and creating profound changes, you can overcome your barriers.

Mindset work and breathwork are two effective methods for helping you to recognise and overcome your barriers and to build up your emotional resilience so that you can face life with confidence and courage.

My path to inner peace

As a highly sensitive person, recovering perfectionist, doomsayer and eternal doubter, I know how challenging it is to retain confidence and to find inner peace.

During my quest for inner peace, I discovered that balance between body and mind can only occur when you fully embrace your internal ‘unique freak’, including the aspects of yourself that you would prefer to push to the side.

With the help of mindset work and breathwork, I learned to recognise my barriers, to really feel my emotions and to experience deep healing. I apply what I learned in my day-to-day life, and continue to do so every single day.

As the first-ever certified facilitator in Belief Coding® and Revelation Breathwork® in Belgium, I want to use my experience to help others restore their emotional resilience.
